Do you think they pushed the limit with this billboard?

I have mixed feelings about this one. I think it was done to cause awareness and to get people to thinking, but I just think it was done in bad taste. I feel that people need to be more responsible when it comes to . Either make sure you have protection and using contraceptives, or keep your legs closed, and your in your pants.
