Is this happening to you ?

I have been reported a couple times now and had my answers deleted. Both times I was told I didn't ask or answer a question. This last time it happened someone came in angry because he/she felt a question he/she had asked before was not treated with the proper respect. Since I had not seen the first the first posting I was at a loss. I read the posting a number of times and realized this person was just angry. I did not report him/her for ranting, instead I asked "uh, I'm sorry but what was your question ?. For this my answer was deleted and 2 points deducted. I appealed and was, of course, turned down again. Now I don't care about the points but I do care about fairness. To make a long story short has this been happening to any of you, being reported and deleted basically because someone didn't like your answer. Please also let me know if this has happened to you - what happened and what was the outcome. Thanks
