Your Opinion on this Question! Do You Think Heath Ledger meant to commit suicide?

My Husband and I have the opinion that he became so deep in the part of the Joker in the last episode of Batman the Dark Knight (which was such an evil, evil part) that he became depressed an accidentally took an overdose of antidepressants and sleeping pills. Does anyone else agree with this?
