2nd test Faint blue line?

The line on the old test was just an evaporation line from sitting with pee on it. Just ignore it. If you read the second test in the first 10 minutes and got a line then congratulations. When I was first pregnant I had the lower back ache too. Buy a digital test this time so you can be more sure.
