HELP! A guy said he would kill me next year!!!?

If he killed two other people why is he not in jail? Sounds like an idle threat if you ask me, but if you're seriously concerned, tell your parents and notify the school. In this day and age he'll get suspended immediately - schools don't mess around anymore with threats.
