How to transfer my playlists from my iPod unto my iTunes (will reward with points if ur answer works)?

i don't want to pay for anything. I just need any method or any freeware program that would enable me to transfer playlists from my ipod to itunes. The music files are on both ipod and computer. I just need to transfer my playlists from the ipod to my itunes. Please help me! give me anything. Any suggestion will be very appreciated.
