I am 34 years old female, bp 144/100 mmHg, cholesterol 219, triglycerides 300, thyroid 9.8, weight 78 kgs,?

height 4 feet 11 inches...please help me...Whenever I go to doctor they prescribe me different medicine, by this they are only taking money from me, i.e. Doctor's fee as well as medicine fee, I cannot afford much as I earn only Rs. 3000 per month, so.. please advise...thanks in advance..
