Small hard lump under gums????????????

I get those all the time. Don't worry you will be fine. The longest one that i have ever had was one that i had for like seven months. When i first started getting them i went to the dentist. And the dentist said that they are caused by not enough nutrience. So the best way to prevent yourself from getting more is to eat lots of fruits and vegtables. The best way to get rid of one is to take vitemins. Then after it is gone eat more healthy. i get them all the time because i dont like vegetables. but i eat them know. and i dont get any more sores in my mouth. good luck.E
