Toddler Night Waking Causing Serious Household Stress?

Well I'm answering beccause your son sounds like my daughter! Mine is 22 months....she is shocking...she wakes at 12.00 midnight and screams and throws herself around (hurting her head sometimes) unless i bring her downstairs for a drink and a little sit . Then she freaks out when I try to put her in her own bed and she ends up in mine! I hve tried all the methods you list above...so sorry I cannot help but I am in the same boat and feel for you.
