What are the chances my 2nd daughter will have Stork Bites and Angel Kisses?

My first daughter was born with significant Stork Bites and Angel Kisses on her forhead, eyelid, nose and upper lip. She is 19 months now and they are pretty faded but still noticeable. I was wondering what is the likelyhood my second is going to have a problem with this? Doctor and Dermatologist says its not hereditary and cause is unknown so there is a slight chance but not likely. I am wondering though from the public what are your thoughts did you have 2 or more children with this?
