What r some good songs to learn to sing?

I love to sing. My main vocal range is that of Mandy Moore so I can sing her song only hope with ease and if I try REALLY hard I can sing Celine Dion and Mariah Carey. I would like 2 find some clic moderatly challenging songs 2 learn 2 sing. No teenbopper songs which are all just catchy beats. So any songs u recommend? Also some with some easy piano would b nice. Right now I'm learning to sing & play the song breath(2am) by Anne nalick. I'm asking cuz I hav very limitd exposure 2 good music. Thank u so much.
