I'm looking for a song and can't remember the name of it?

There is a song ( seen video on cmt)that i heard quite some time ago. about 20 years ago maybe. it was done with various artist (country) in it. The only one i can remember is chet atkins. And the couple lines that i can remember is " a jewel here on earth. god's gift from heaven " Something like that. second line might not be them exact words but as close as i can remember. Can anyone help with the name of the song or someplace where i may look?
