Why Don't I Gain Weight....?
Because you need to be eating the RIGHT fatty healthy foods. You can't fill up on processed fatty foods and expect it to do anything beneficial for your body. And whatever weight you would put on would be fat instead of muscle, which bodies LOVE. Also, since you have never had a period, maybe your body is lacking good nutrients to help function properly. I would recommend adding in good, healthy fats like nuts and avocados. Coconut is also an excellent source of good fats. Sugar is not the way to gain weight either. If you are malnourished (which happens these days more than you think), you will not gain any weight because your body isn't getting fed anything healthy. It really is true you are what you eat. Have some organic peaches with coconut milk cream as a snack. Or guacamole & salsa with organic corn chips. It would be a much healthier snack than skittles or even the blueberry muffin.
